How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your location and the product. You’ll see the most accurate estimate at checkout and in your order confirmation.
Do you provide tracking?
Yes — once your order is dispatched, we’ll email you tracking (where available) so you can follow it from dispatch to delivery.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Message us straight away with your order number and a photo/video. We’ll confirm what happened and sort it fast — replacement, refund, or the best fix for you.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
In most cases, yes — as long as it’s unused and returned in original condition. If the item has hygiene restrictions or sealed packaging, we’ll make that clear on the product page.
Are your payments secure?
Yes. Checkout is encrypted and processed by trusted payment providers. We never store your full card details.
What payment methods do you accept?
